Why Green Lawn Washington
Every week, homeowners across Western Washington face the same choice: spend Saturday morning behind a mower, or hire a crew that shows up on schedule, every time.
A real local route, run by the same crew who knows your property — not a different contractor every time, not a gig-app dispatch.
Start, switch, or pause anytime. No penalties, no fine print, no pressure — just a clean route you can rely on.
No in-person visit needed. Tell us your address, and you'll have a real price texted to you in about 5 minutes.
We pull up satellite measurements for your exact lot — no in-person visit required.
Most quotes go out in about 5 minutes, with weekly and bi-weekly pricing side by side.
Confirm by text and you're on the route — same crew, same day, every time.
No Surprises
One price, everything done — no add-on fees for the basics, no surprise charges when we're done.
Full mow, every visit
Front, back, and side yards — nothing skipped.
Edging included
Clean lines along walkways, driveways, and beds.
Trimming around obstacles
Fences, trees, mailboxes, and garden beds — trimmed clean.
Clippings blown clear
Walkways, driveways, and patios cleared when we're done.
What this doesn't include
We're a mowing specialist, not a general yard maintenance crew. Flower bed weeding, hedge or shrub trimming, leaf cleanup, and general landscaping aren't part of a standard mow — but they're easy to ask about separately if you need them.
No contracts. Cancel anytime.
Start with us, switch from us, or pause for the winter — your call, no penalty, no fine print.

Get a mowing quote →Deep core extraction that breaks up compacted clay soil, letting water and roots actually get where they need to go.
Learn about aeration →Clears the thick thatch layer that builds up in PNW lawns, giving new seed and water a clean path into the soil.
Learn about dethatching →Seasonal patterns below reflect our current Western Washington service area — Eastern Washington guidance coming as we expand.
Spring — Feb to Apr
Weekly mowing starts as growth picks up. Mowing height adjusts for wet spring conditions. Core aeration and dethatching get scheduled if moss took hold over winter.
Summer — Jun to Aug
Consistent weekly or bi-weekly mowing through peak growth. Mowing height stays a little higher to protect turf during dry stretches.
Fall — Sep to Nov
Final regular mows before growth slows. This is also peak season for core aeration, dethatching, and overseeding — the deeper resets mowing alone can't fix.

No. Start, switch, or pause anytime — no penalties, no fine print.
We avoid mowing saturated lawns since wet turf compacts easily underfoot. If your scheduled day is too wet, we text you and reschedule within the same week.
We measure your lawn remotely and text you an exact price based on lot size — no in-person estimate required.
