What this doesn't include
We're a mechanical lawn care specialist. A standard dethatching visit includes pulling out the thatch layer plus blowing off any debris afterward. It does not include overseeding, fertilizing, weed control, moss treatment, lime application, sprinkler repair, or landscaping — though overseeding can be added separately. Sprinkler heads: we mark the ones we can see. Please mark any heads that aren't visible before your appointment; we're not responsible for damage to unmarked heads.
